Financial InformationMore than 90% of your donation goes to charity. Less than 10% stays with CGI to pay for credit card processing fees, webhosting fees, and software licensing fees. No officers or board members receive any compensation from CGI (be it salary or consultant fees) and none are related to any of the individuals or companies who are our vendors. All start-up costs to launch the site were paid by CGI's founder, Joanne Wakim. We will distribute donations to the charities approximately 45 days after your donation. Once donations reach $1 million, we will rotate in 3 new charities. Future charities will be reviewed and approved by the CGI Board.
